Please sign up for one or more time slots between to help between 9/14-9/25 with this fun project! This is the signup for Monday, 9/14.
The local south hills-based art leagues have been invited by South Hills Village to paint a large mural on the hallway walls heading toward the rest rooms on the first floor of the mall. Over several months we have been wrestling with design ideas and finally settled on a "Pittsburgh Personalities" theme. We have a lovely design with a Pittsburgh skyline background and black, white, and gray images of 20+ famous Pittsburghers. We need help painting the background and using a "paint-by-number" approach to painting the personality images (with fun pops of color showing what the personality is famous for, such as a pile of books for Andrew Carnegie). We'll also paint the name of the person and their dates.
If you can help for a couple of hours, sign up by Septermber 12, don your apron over your painting clothes, and show up to help. All materials will be provided.
If you can help for multiple times on the same day, register separately for each time slot.
